Exercise link with Fitbit not working and showing negative extra calories instead of +

Has anyone experienced that even though he/she has worked out and the extra calories showing as a '+', it is showing as a '-' extra calories? Very frustrating!!!

My Fitbit didn't synch steps until afternoon yesterday and this morning not synching them again. Please correct this.

I've walked 12,000 steps so far today, 7,000 at a very brisk pace and according to my extra calories burned, it shows -5 calories!! Negative 5 when it should show approx +150 or more!! Please fix this as it's very VERY frustrating for me
