Yes. The title of this dicussion described my eating habits for the majority of 2015. I did, however, go to the gym in short iterations but I always returned to the poor fietart choices. I had noticed that being on the fence about getting in shape was my worst enemy. I would often tell myself, "Monday, I start eating better and working out consistently" then proceeded to eat terribly in 'last meal' fashion. Repeat this process for 6 months, and obviously you start to deteriorate physically. Nevertheless, I have been steadfast with the Insanity workouts for 4 weeks now. I'm eating a lot healthier and feeling much better. I haven't lost any weight (only 217), but I have seen results begin to show (fat loss). I decided to post in this forum to meet like minded people and share our war stories and fat loss tips. Hello all!

Couldn't have said it better! I constantly do the same thing; eat crappy and say "Monday I'll start over". sigh....don't know why either. When I eat healthy and there therefore, fuel my body, I feel sooo much better! You'd think it would be an easy choice. My problem is lack of preparation. I need to plan and shop for meals ahead of time. I can't get home from a 12 hour day and expect to whip up a healthy meal. Oh, and I also need to cut my portion sizes!!! Best of luck to you!

That title is what caught my eye! Love that stuff too much. Control and focus try not to get discouraged. Time to workout is my problem I seem to be stuck in either getting it in way early or way late, and sleep is all I can think about at those hours.
