After a LOT of trial and error, I feel like I'm putting the pieces together. My question is sort of along the lines of, "how much fat % can I reasonable expect to lose over x amount of time?"

I'm 32% It took me 6+ months to lose 5% but I was making a lot of mistakes along the way. Assuming I have my act together.... Is it unreasonable to plan for 10% over the next 6 months?

It would be hard to say. There are so many variables involved. Get accurate with your intake and lift heavy for you add some cardio, stay dedicated. Rinse and repeat.

That's hard to answer without more info. I suggest using this calculator below. It will give you an estimate of your goal weight at 22% bf. Keep in mind that the calculator assumes zero loss of lean body mass, which is extremely difficult (unlikely.) It gives you an estimate though.

Generally, the acceptable rate is 1% per month. This is even more true as you become more lean.

I was wondering about that...how efficiently/quickly you can still lose body fat once you are pretty lean.
