So I started doing this Fit Girl challenge with my office mates in Jan
It has been teaching me to stay away from processed foods
I have more energy and the scale is going in the right direction slowly

That's because you are in a caloric deficit, not because you are staying away from "processed foods".0

Just don't feel like you need to give up anything that you particularly don't want to give up. There's no reason for it, and it will probably backfire on you in the long run.0
