Where can I find foods from restaurants?

    If it's a big franchise, most of them are in the database and/or you can look up their nutritional information on their websites...if it's a local establishment you just pick something similar from the database and take your best guess.

    Personally, when I was trying to lose weight I just substantially limited the amount of eating out I did...even in maintenance I find it much easier to eat out only on occasion.
