If you're feeling fine no need to rest. Now if youre doin this I would suggest some variety in activities and intensity.
Take an inactive day when YOU feel the need0 -
It depends on what type of exercise you are doing0

One can exercise every day if they like. Some exercise programs NEED more rest time than others (weight lifting), but thinks like walking, biking, elliptical, Zumba, calisthenics, boxing, etc. are fine IF adequate rest and recovery (including nutrition) in between is provided.

If you're worried, vary the activities your doing and the muscle groups you are exercising (work on legs one day, and upper body the next). But it depends on the intensity of the workout as well, if you are well and truly pushing your body, then you should have rest days, but if you are exercising more moderately, probably not.0

It's your preference. If you feel good continue doing it. If you think you can do with only 1 day rest, or if you need 3 days rest, do it! Just listen to your body, you know the best how you feel0

I just listen to my body. Eventually I get that run down feeling and I know by body needs a break so I work in a rest day or two. I've even done a rest week at times (torturous)0
