After a 30 month hiatus and 50 lbs gained, I'm back training for a late March 10k and a May half marathon. Both are further than I've ever run but I have a plan; albeit a plan with very little room for laziness or lack or focus. Please feel free to add me...friends = focus and success

Good luck!! You can do it. I finished my first half Jan 1st. I never thought I would do 13.1, but with focus and determination, lots of things are possible! I am going for my second half mid Feb and looking to improve. You got this!0
