College Students?

Are there any fellow college students aboard? I'm in the second semester of my freshmen year, and I commute back and forth to school which makes getting exercise and eating right extremely difficult. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'm open to any ideas! I'd also liket o make some new friends!

    Hi there! Im a sophomore and I became more active when I purchased a step/activity tracker! It really motivates me to walk everywhere I go. So instead of taking the elevator at school or taking the short cut to my car, I take the longer path and run up/down stairs.

    As for food, I pack my lunches. theres a ton of healthy ideas on pinterest!

    Also, because I have classes from 7am to 10pm, 2x a week, I workout on the days that I dont have classes.
    It's all about how determined you are ;) You will find time!
