Plums and carb value

Is this right? Just listed a yellow plum, and it brought up 8g of cards! Didn't know fruit had carbs!!!

    Yes, fruit have carbs. You may also google "Carbs in plum", or rather anything, and google will tell you the answer for most. May wanna fiddle with the gram listing in case your plum isn't 66g, but still.

    Are you doing a diet that even cares about carbs? Or are you confusing carbs and calories?

    Any plant matter is usually carb heavy. That includes all fruit, veggies (especially root veggies like potatoes, turnips, carrots, beets, yams, etc), some nuts, and anything made from grasses/grains/ flours like muffins, rice, quinoa or bread. Sugar is also a carb.

    Protein is highest in animal sources of food (meat, dairy, eggs) but it is found in plants too.

    Fats are usually found with higher protein foods but there are exceptions like avocado, olives, and nuts, and plant oils like olive oil.
