    I did deadlifts, b/c the squat racks were full. I was slightly annoyed until I remembered that I'd pick deadlifts over squats any day.

    Biceps and triceps today and a 25 mile bike ride with 30mph winds...sucked.

    Keep up the hard work and dedication everyone. All the pain, the soreness, the endless amount of reps and sets are all worth it in the end...and this is just the beginning.

    Lats, delts, and chest. I have a really bad upper back/neck problem that makes me have to do strange splits, lol. This is a fun day, with the muscles I enjoy in my UB.
