I love sugar free jelly (9 calories)

After a good long cycle I love the old fashioned banana and peanut butter. Filling and good nutrients and not too bad :)

I love a rice cake with 10-20 g peanut butter and 60 g strawberries on top. Anywhere from 150-180 cal for mine usually and holds me over for a couple hours.

2 cups of broth simmered with one egg mixed in
big bowl of greens with a serving of crumbled cheese and some vinegar, salt, and pepper
A bag of coleslaw mix with a bit of Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, and mustard mixed in.

Honestly though it's hard to fill me up on 150 calories, but those sometimes work.
