Hey there, love this app for tracking my daily intake. A few years ago i broke my collarbone an so my fitness was on hold for a long time. Im a qualified Auto Electrical Technician, so everyday im on my feet, and recently returned to the gym with a few crossfit classes for fun, Group boot camp style was also alot of fun. Also dietry is important and im hoping to learn abit more about food prep etc.
Currently weighing 77kg and wanting to gain muscle, as i am naturally an athletic build, i have a high metabolism and find it hard to put on weight. Always loved sports, just returned from Christmass holidays at Fiji and PNG and have decided im wanting to focus on my fitness, while awaiting to join the Army.
