Hi,
If i had to eat gluten free as it gives bloated. How precise does would i have to be like can you get a bloated tummy just from crumbs on a knife by accident?
How that makes sense? My writing isn't difficult to understand.
Thanks

Yes, crumbs from a knife can definitely contaminate a container of whatever & then the crumbs can get on your food. Also, using the same toaster would do the same, if you were toasting gf bread or gf waffles.0 -
It depends on how sensitive your system is to the gluten.0
