Water Zumba

Has anyone tried Water Zumba? My gym is now offering it.. Any thoughts would be great!

    I've never even heard of it!! I'd be very interested in seeing a video.... I may have to hit up youtube... I do zumba religiously and just can't see having the same mental stimulation.. I get really into the routines b/c of the speed... in the water you can't go as fast and do as many moves? or can you? I'm very intrigued.. I say try it!

    I could actually see it being a good starter if you've never done zumba....

    I think the seniors might really enjoy it...less jolting on the hips. But I have done deep water aquatic classes and Zumba and as the Zumba moves are faster, they would not translate well in the water. Always worth a try.
