Another Plateau thread

Plateau... I've spent the whole of June at exactly 17st 3 (241lbs). I only weigh once per week so daily fluctuations aren't a problem for me. The solution appears to be to shock my system back into life by either cutting calories or increasing workouts. It is option 2 for me. New gym opens near me tomorrow, I have my induction on Tuesday. Classes are free for members and there is a big free weights and kettle-bell area. I'm going get stuck in, picking up heavy things and putting them down again, lots of times :laugh:
