Help needed! What to do with my cauliflower dip? Some ideas please.
Ok so here's my problem; I made this purple cauliflower dip/spread (and tahini) because we have excess purple cauliflower that we've grown in our backyard. (We seriously have a crazy amount of this stuff). While the dip tastes OK, I really don't think we will use it all up as a spread or dip, but I don't want it to go to waste. It has the consistency of hummus or a slightly chunky puree. I was thinking of using it as a recipe base in a curry or casserole or sauce..or..SOMETHING lol. Some ideas please?

Oh wow great idea didn't think of pasta. It contains Tahini, Garlic powder, Salt & Pepper, Cayenne Pepper and lemon juice. (I added a touch too much Tahini for my taste, you can taste the nutty flavour) The cauli was roasted too.0

You could use it to top a shepherd's pie instead of mashed potatoes! That's usually how I make mine whenever I can get cauliflower on sale.0

Maybe use as you would a peanut sauce in satay or peanut noodles. This was a great dish maybe you could adapt it with your sauce. soupspiceeverythingnice.blogspot.com/2013/09/quickie-pad-thai.html0
