Finally got the motivation to start tracking intake and output 3 weeks ago. In that time, I've made pretty good progress, I'm 5'5" Male, and went from 144.6 to 139 this morning. Adding more weights into my workout, mainly using a 12kg kettlebell because I love doing HIIT with it, and I don't have access to a gym for more serious lifting. Looking to do a recomposition now that my weight is down under 140.
