Need help with Motivation problem

Hello everyone! I need some help. I completed the 21 Day Fix program January 5th and started PiYo January 6th. I love both programs but lately I have been skipping and not fully committing to my workouts. I didn't miss any of my 21 day fix workouts and can't figure out what happened to my determination. PiYo is a great program. I'm on day 25 and I skipped my Thursday workout (Core) and quit before I finished my workout today (Drench). I can literally feel myself slipping. I've done this before and don't want to do it again. I get so mad at myself when this happens.
My eating is on point, so I'm not worried about exercising for losing weight. I want to exercise to get in shape. (9 pounds to goal! yay!)
The only things I think are contributing to my lack of motivation are 1) I've been struggling with bouts of depression since August of 2015 and 2) I've starting getting up earlier than I have in the past. (this is only important because I work out at night).
I'm thinking maybe I should try exercising in the morning? I've never been a morning person but I'm definitely willing to give it a try. Do you guys think that would help?
Sorry this post is so long and all over the place.

I definitely will start swimming, I love to swim, but that will have to wait until summer. Biking and Hiking are also great suggestions. Thank your for your advice.0
