Do you think that the number of calories that MFP gives is OK or do you calculate somewhere else? I should eat my exercise calories back? What is the rate of healthy loss? Thank you

If you use the MFP number of calories, the plan is for you to eat those exercise calories back. Since they tend to be overestimated, many eat back 50% or so of exercise calories.
If you calculate elsewhere and they use TDEE, that already includes exercise.
A healthy rate of weight loss depends upon how much you have to lose. A rule of thumb is to aim for 0.5 pounds per week for every 25 pounds you need to lose. Someone with 100+ pounds to lose would aim for two pounds per week and someone with 50 pounds to lose would aim for one pound per week.0
