Do you think that the number of calories that MFP gives is OK or do you calculate somewhere else? I should eat my exercise calories back? What is the rate of healthy loss? Thank you :)

If you use the MFP number of calories, the plan is for you to eat those exercise calories back. Since they tend to be overestimated, many eat back 50% or so of exercise calories.

If you calculate elsewhere and they use TDEE, that already includes exercise.

A healthy rate of weight loss depends upon how much you have to lose. A rule of thumb is to aim for 0.5 pounds per week for every 25 pounds you need to lose. Someone with 100+ pounds to lose would aim for two pounds per week and someone with 50 pounds to lose would aim for one pound per week.
