    hello - lots of what you say strikes a chord - I am 5ft 2 and 46 and struggle with the 1,200 unless I exercise. I have 17lbs to go. Vices are wine chocolate and cheese as well :-) Will send you a friend request - so add me if you wish.

    Hi I'm on here everyday. I'm 52 kids all grown up. I want to lose the same amount about 14 pound would be great. I also like to go out for drinks and food on my days off.
