New to MFP & just saying hello! I'm looking for support/accountability from others who have succeeded or are currently succeeding in their weight loss efforts! I do not believe in dieting as a longterm solution... For me it has to be a lifestyle change & that means learning new eating habits & making right choices as a lifestyle & not as a short term weight loss plan that I can't live with longterm! I know WHAT to do & have achieved some success already... I eat pretty healthy overall... Have a battle with eating too much sweets/processed snack foods & am trying to figure out my solution... I eat/overeat from emotions (don't we all???) and I realize learning alternative ways to deal with stress/emotions is key! If there is a group or person that I can join or hook up with please let me know... Thanks & have a blessed day!
