First of all, could somebody tell which app on this site is best for tracking macros? I want to be able to scan a product with my phone and get the info I need.

Ok here is me. I'm a 52 year old, married, father of two. I started my fitness journey in October 2015. I started watching my food intake but only lost about 10 Lbs the first month or so. A couple weeks before Christmas I joined Genesis Health Club here in Wichita Kansas. I started working out 3 to 4 days a week with 15 to 30 minutes of cardio and lifting. I tried the boot camp a few times but at my age and weight it was a little too intense and I aggravated an old injury I had from a car wreck. I kept up the cardio and lifting and increased it to 5 to 6 days a week. So far I have lost 30 lbs and I plan to continue as long as it takes to get down to 200 to 220. Looking forward to interacting with people who are also trying to make this life change.
