Looking for a support buddy

HI all,

I'm Abby and I'm looking for a support buddy for weight loss where we can both help motivate and inspire each other.

About me:

I'm 5'8, 25 years old and weigh 209 lbs. I have already lost 12lbs by exercising and cutting back. To an outsider, what I consume may seem like a ton! I average 1,800-1,900 cals a day but I run every day whilst going to the gym. My deficit is averaging a weight loss of 1.5-2lbs a week so far.

My goal weight is around 160lbs. I have never ( in my adult life) weighed less than 180lbs so this is hugely exciting and motivating for me. I have another goal, and that is to run a half marathon in three months. I have so far found it extremely inspiring to reach towards a goal of fitness rather than weight.

I would like a support buddy who isn't on a crazy crash diet, but on a long term plan for a healthier life style. I do eat a little chocolate every day, but I also eat loads of veggies, fruit and protein. I want to make this sustainable so I hope someone can join me on this :)
