Addictive Personality... HELP ?!?!

I have ADHD. Before I was diagnosed and medicated at age 7, I was CONSTANTLY getting "very inattentive." "easily distracted." "has trouble sitting still." etc on my progress reports.

Also, I was very aggressive to my cat. I'M SORRY GYPSY !

Though I'm back on medication after about 3 years off (17-20).

With my addictive personality, I could pick up something like a workout program, and do pretty good for 2 weeks... then nothing. It stops becoming fun after a while, you know ? HOWEVER, I was never like that with after school sports, as the programs were usually terribly run.

I tried some Jillian Michaels dvds on YouTube, but I ended up lip syncing everything by the second day, and choke somebody by the third.

I have put some programs into a "rotation" where it's a new thing everyday.
