What did I do? (Stomach cramps and more)

I got some free Quest bars and had one for breakfast. I had a protein shake at lunch. I am guessing it is the sweetener, but I am not feeling too well. Don't want to go too far from home.

    Have you eaten quest bars before? They have a LOT of fiber - might be a fiber overload for your system. I've found anything more than ~5g per meal/snack can sometimes lead to discomfort.

    Try just half a bar next time and see how you fare.

    I would do half a bar & see if that helps. If not, could be a sweetener issue. They did change the ingredients not too long ago, though I'm not familiar with the details.

    No, I just thought those were what would upset my stomach. I had some potato samosas and fruit, too. It isn't dinnertime yet.
