I wrote the above guide - thanks for posting! Feel free to let me know if you think it's missing any key resources or if it can be improved in any way :)

I have been working on meal planning and batch cooking today.

I took a look at the app hoping that I could possibly use it. My problem is that I am low sodium restricted and that option was not listed under allergies and restrictions. Also the sodium count was not listed in the nutrition facts. Sadly I can not use this app.

    Good luck though!

ETA I went back and took another look and finally found the sodium under the more nutrition facts button.

This is quite a nice guide. Especially a great resource for a beginner cook, too.

I love meal planning and reading about meal planning, and this is a very friendly and sensible approach. The way they address conflicting needs and structure the workflow is strikingly similar to how I think, so I like this a lot, lol

@Annie_01 you're right - no low sodium option available at this time, but it's something we may release in the future! I'll be sure to shoot you a message when we do  Glad you found the sodium in the nutrition facts, and thanks for your kind words!

Thanks as well @justrolime and @kommodevaran. Much appreciated!
