So my boyfriend is taking me to the military ball in April. Which means I have at least two months to burn as much fat as possible and tone as much as I can! And I need your guyses help! I've noticed small changes already, although I look somewhat the same I have lost inches in my pants and arms and legs. I know I will and want to be more strict with my eating now and I wanna push myself harder in workouts at the gym or maybe even at home. But I need help! I go to the gym at least 4x a week sometimes 5. While keeping in my calorie deficit. So please if you have any tips with working out or food habits, please leave comments! Thank you!
