Bridges posture help

Today I was doing some bridges with leg lift. I felt stress in my back on the left side and now it's more sore than typical. I'm not sure if I got the form right and was looking for suggestions. Thanks

Did it hurt your lower back? Try using your glutes and low abs to tilt your pelvis toward your navel when you do them.
You might want to just lift your leg up slightly (2-3 inches) with the knee still bent, then drop. Then switch to the other side and do the same. Repeat several times (do sets, towards fatigue). Try not to let either side of your body drop at all while you do those. Don't do the full leg lifts until you can keep your hips completely level while doing those small raises.0 -
