Try breaking your goals down. Im in Australia so I use kg. But I have broken mine down into 5kg block with a few extra added ones here and there. It makes it a lot easier and it doesn't seem so full on.
Also always remember how far you have come not how far you have to go. You are in a much better position then you were how ever many months ago!!0
