I'm working on healing & strengthening my body first & foremost- slimming down a few sizes would definitely be an added bonus... I've been a chronic under-eater for most of my life, so my health has been on the fritz pretty bad for the last few years... I've been working really hard on boosting my calories- particularly keeping them over 1200... I only work out if I get my calories over 1200- because I get really sick (even with walking on the treadmill) if I don't... I'm making progress, but I still have trouble consistently maintaining enough calories... When I do clear 1200, I rotate between walking a mile or 2 on my treadmill, a custom Sworkit routine, Blogilates workouts, Yoga TX routines, using my foam roller, & using my kettle bells... As far as my health goes, it is slowly but surely improving... My energy levels are increasing with the increased calories & exercise- actually have started having issues regulating my sleep cycles (have had two 36hr days in the last week after hitting 1600 calories)... Could use some pointers on how to regulate my sleep cycle with the increased calories & activity- I know that 36hr days are not good for me... When I eat enough & exercise, I feel better physically, then I want to do stuff that I otherwise don't feel up to doing- which results in serious lack of sleep... I'm really looking forward to being healthy, free from chronic pain, & having the energy to do the stuff I love to do... My goal is to show my body the love it deserves for getting me this far...
