I need some motivation

I've used this app on & off for a while but I need some motivation to keep it up! I've logged for 8 days at the moment. Please help me keep it up!!!

  • You can do it! I'm 27 days in. Not everyday has been good but I'm just trying to keep pushing!

    I just started, but keep pushing yourself because after 21 days it will become a habit and that will make it easier! You can do it

    But don't make your success of losing weight dependant on this app, of course it helps knowing your calories etc, but don't feel bad if you forgot to log a few days or messed up your streak, as long as you've been eating clean.

    Great job making it thru the first 8 days. MFP is. Great tool in eating and living healthy.
