Hello everyone!

Names Alanah :) a bikini competition is my dream! Sitting at 126 right now and goal is 118. It's a pesky about 10 lbs I need to lose. Advice and motivation is greatly appreciated

    Hey :) your goal really is just a little polishing compared to what most of the people's goals are on here. Basically there's not much to say that you don't already know I suppose... Try to eat clean, what helps me is to make a mealplan for a week or however long and prep those meals and then have the dedication to stick to your plan. Of course you can treat yourself every once in a while but make sure it doesn't get out of hand. Also a huge factor a lot of people forget about is the liquids :) try and reduce your liquids to water,coffee and tea, even juices have a LOT of sugar in them. Other than that I'm sure you can reach your goal and good luck on your journey
