Going the extra mile

Hi guys. This is my second coming on MFP. The first time I lost 35lb and achieved my goal weight of 175lb. I've since taken things a step further with regards to sport. I took up triathlon as a means to cross train with a running injury but found I was actually quite good at it.
Last year I was selected for Ireland and represented my country at the European age group championships but got injured in the run up - 2x torn Achilles' tendons. I still competed but was very disappointed with my performance and some of the weight I lost had crept back on.
Luckily I've been selected again for this years champs in Lisbon Portugal in May but want to ensure I'm in the best possible shape I can be to perform at my peak. Compared to my peers I am still "heavy" so would like to improve my overall fitness and tone through improved training and nutrition.
I could do with some motivation to help achieve these goals and of course will support everyone on their journeys too.
