Does anyone have any injuries that screw up your workouts?
After 47 years of lifting, I've had two knee and one shoulder surgery.
I say this, because (after a two week old-right right AC joint injury on 6/6:mad: ) I find my self pissed off more that I cannot do upper body, so I am GRAZING and going WAY over on calories this weekend.
I am so grateful for this journaling, but not happy about going back to old habits, because I can only work legs right now. It's 100+ degrees all this week in Sacramento, CA, so I have to cycle in the gym at work. I miss my two 30 minute walks per day, but the left knee it toast.
