I need advice

I've been working out for 6 months straight. I recently started watching my calorie and carb intake and I lost 5 pounds in two weeks. I do cardio for a hour 5 days a week and weights for about 30 mins. 5 days a week on a rotation schedule. I really would like advice on what I can do to tone up faster.

    Your plan sounds good, and if you stick with it you will see results for sure. If you want to try something different try doing 3 days cardio, 3 days weight, both for an hour (or more if you can). Only do either cardio or weights per day.
    There is really no fast way to lose weight or tone up, so be patient.
