Do you ever forget to write down the food you measured?

Options
Grrr, this is the second time in two days I weighed my food thinking I would remember how many grams and then forgot the number! I weigh and measure all my food and am pretty good about remembering. I think I was too hungry today and started to eat right away and got distracted! The good news is I was measuring broccoli so I shouldn't be too far off my numbers. I think I need to keep a pen and paper in the kitchen.

ALL THE TIME...which is sad, because I DO keep a pad and pen there, JUST for that purpose, right beside the scale...I blame age, you blame hunger..lol!

I'm pre-logger. I log the amount of food that fits earlier in the day and then weigh out my portion when it's time to cook/eat it.

On that notebook I also write breakfast, lunch, dinner for the entire family the day before.
I write ideas on future meals at the bottom. Or leftovers to push.
On the right side, is my daily to-do list.
As we age, we simply cannot remember everything like we used to.
    One sheet for every day.

That is a good idea actually. I'm taking a logging break this week but would like to add up the calories at the end of the week to see how I did. Might take a few pictures to help

Yah I use my phone to photograph the scale as well. Then I delete it when I've logged it
