No, but seriously... I would never endorse any type of diets. but this is what i know.
Fat is a great source of energy.
think of your macros. you have fats, carbs, and proteins. if you lower your carbs then your protein and fat is going to go up. so enjoy it. eat a steak. go have a big bacon and egg breakfast. but make sure that you work out too. so dont be shy of eating fat.0
