My app and fitbit app say they are conected, but wont sync?

How do i get my mobile apps to sync correctly?

    I had the same problem. I found I had to sync my Fitbit first before the stats would sync to MFP. Not sure if having both apps open at the same time is key also, but that's what worked for me.
