Losing Fat?

What are some of your favorite and tried and true tips on losing fat??? I do a rigorous cardio workout and about 20 minutes of yoga a day as well as use this app to keep my calories in check.

    Weigh everything on a food scale and log every bite of food that goes in your mouth.
    Stick to your calorie goal (moderate deficit) and stick with the plan.

    Consistent calorie deficit and strength training.

    Calorie deficit is key.

    To help with that I eat high amounts of protein and healthy fats because they are more satiating than carbs.

    Calorie deficit. Strength training to maintain muscle and thus improve body composition. Cardio optional.

    Limit cardio to 2-3 times/week. 20 mins ea max. Keep carbs under 100 grams/day.
