Calorie Dense Foods BUT Low Sodium

I am mostly concerned with getting enough calories for the day, but I had a stroke back in 2003, so therefore need to keep my sodium content low. This is what is so aggrivating about the so called "Healthy Menu Choices" at restraunts. Everyone assumes the healthy choices refers to fat, low calorie, carbs etc. What about sodium which causes high blood pressure and chances of stroke and death?
Does anyone know of any lists of low sodium, calorie dense, low fat foods?

Most of those symptoms are from studies older than the 80's. Unless you have a health issue that sodium has to be avoided, sodium is not harmful to your body. It's actually quite vital, especially with heavy exercise. I sometimes take in 4-6 grams a day.

Sodium is in restaurant and prepared and packaged food. Most canned soups and even cheese have lots of sodium. If you want to go low sodium and low fat, eat more sugar and carbs to increase calories
Calorie dense but lowish fat foods you can make at home: meat with beans and rice or pasta or baked potatoes and vegetables. Also any fresh, frozen, or fruit.
Buy some sirloin (easy to cook and relatively low-ish fat) to prepare with baked potato and have two or three pieces of fruit.
