Kjs and bonus for activity

So today i did 13000+ steps and only got a 96kj bonus - I did other exercise in gym also.
Yesterday I only did 3000 steps and got 234 kj bonus. It doesnt make sense.
Calculations are not imput when at gym as I dont have phone on me - I am referring to the automatic one

    Maybe check your settings ? Did you change anything in MFP ? This sounds a little like what happens changing from moderately active to sedentary for me once. with an activity tracker and MFP set to sedentary it takes about 3000 to 5000 steps to give you any Kj , if MFP is set to active you will have a higher starting number but takes lots more activity to gain any extra Kj
