Hi I'm a recovering fatty who fell off the wagon, looking to get fit!

I'm looking to keep it positive this year... And beyond! I lost a lot of weight a year or so ago with MFP and now I'm looking to get back in shape and even better than before! I need to keep the forward momentum going to be successful in achieving my goals for 2016 so as much as I don't want to do it even though I say I do I know I don't, what I really need to do is get my lazy *kitten* exercising again! Any words of wisdom or silliness would be appreciated, please feel free to share your little story or ask questions, now let's crank the music and do this!!! Good luck everyone!!!

    Just commit yourself to one session. Just one.
    Then another... you'll be back into it in no time. I only just dragged my butt off the couch tonight for the first time since the Christmas holidays, and I tell you what, I feel *incredible*

    One session at a time til you get motivated again I reckon.

  • Haha thanks! Glad you got your butt in gear, definitely some dragging going on here! I'll do that today, thanks for making a small goal for me, I need to keep in mind I don't have to tackle it all at once, just bite off a piece at a time.
