How do I eat on Cardio??

I can't lift due to injury, so I'm doing fasted cardio everyday... All I know is a bodybuilding diet, but that's not helping me lose weight... What is a proper diet, or meals I should be having on a heavy Cardio lifestyle?? Should I be eating less often?

I'm open to everyone's thoughts and experience. I don't care about protein/carbs just want my calories around 1,500 or less.

    There is no such thing as a "bodybuilding diet"... Unless you mean eating in a caloric surplus and lifting weights to grow muscle. Just maintain a deficit....

    Cardio doesn't need to be fasted, and even injured there must be some form of resistance training you can do?

    Heavy cardio is counter-productive. More is not better. Just focus on diet, keeping carbs below 100 grams/day.
