After successfully quitting smoking I've now started focusing on loosing the remaining weight I want to loose, as I turned to food to fill the gap of not smoking. Anybody else quit smoking and find they turned to food?

Yes. I gained about 50 pounds after stopping smoking. It felt like I replaced one bad habit with another. Ten years later I am still struggling to get down to the weight I was before I quit.0

I sure did! I am 54 days smoke free as of today and I noticed I ate a lot more food to replace my nicotine but now it's time to get rid of this weight for good!!!!
