My weekly grocery list:
Chicken Breast
Frozen white potatoes ( for convenience)
Spinach
Frozen mixed veggies
Almonds

Cauliflower

We buy Greek yogurt, low fat cottage cheese, 1% milk, delifresh lunchmeat, sargento ultra thin cheese for sandwiches, jennie-o ground turkey, boneless skinless chicken breasts, bananas, apples, blackberries, canteloupe, honeydew, potatoes, carrots, fresh baby spinach, romaine lettuce, steamed veggies in the freezer section, frozen fruit for smoothies, frozen yogurt, and vitamins.0

Refrigerated: Cheese, eggs, yogurt, coffee creamer
Frozen: almost nothing except some veggies and the healthiest ice cream I can find
