Goals for February

I've been so close to getting under 200 for months now and I just can't seem to break it it's got to be some kind of mental block. I also do too much hidden eating. My goal for the month of February is to get under 200 and to not eat after 8 o'clock at night and before I wake up in th morning for the day. I will do some form of exercise for at least 30 minutes every day. Currently I have a tattoo on my foot that healing up so I cannot get into shoes so my exercise will be on my living room floor with videos. Capital letters no excuses!!!

    That's awesome! I have an app called workout trainer that I pull yoga stuff from and do those on a mat if I can't go out walking. I really love the stretch, especially in my upper back where I've had pain. I'm sure there's other apps out there as well. You can do it!

    You can do it! I too do "hidden eating". Sucks. I think it will be ok if you just make better choices on the hidden foods you are eating. I am a big grazer so when it hits I have sunflower seeds in the shell. This helps and gum with lots of water. I want to go for 20 pounds this month. Did 15 last month with a couple big cheat days. Doing low carb. I try to stay under 100 carbs a day. Want to add working out 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week and weights 3xs a week. Good luck. Hope to hear you broke out the 200's soon.
