Issues posting pics? Any suggestions?

I am having trouble posting pics onto the page. The app on my Android doesn't have the icon to do it. But I have tried on my laptop using IE, Chrome, and Firefox. The page icon is there to upload pics or post the URL, but when I click on them, nothing happens. Same issue when I try from my phone using IE or Chrome on there. I searched the pages in an effort not to duplicate any posts, but I didn't come across anything with suggestions on this issue, just people explaining the process using the page icon. But none of those buttons work for me (bold, italics, Emoji, etc). Any ideas?

Just replace the braces {} with brackets [].
