Any idea's on post workout and pre-workout meals?

Pre work out: protein pancake (oatmeal/protein powder/eggs/cinnamon); after work out egg whites w/ spinach and bacon. Lovely.0

Post work out; dinner.
Work out right after work.

My prework out is Bfast-Snack-Lunch-PM Snack-Light Dinner -- WORKOUT - My post workout is a protein shake and sleep. (I drink the shake bc I need the protein grams and working out makes NOT hungry so I must eat prior)0

I work out at 5 AM so I just guzzle water to improve stamina then eat oatmeal and protein shake after workout.0

Unless you are a professional athlete, marathon runner, bodybuilder, ect meal timing is not going to matter at all
Just eat what you planned to eat that day and workout somewhere in between.0
