Am I lightly active or moderate. Please respond

So I walk about 2-3 miles everyday. I have basketball at least 3 times a week, and lift 3-4 times a week. Wht activity category would I fall under

    I may be wrong but I set my level to lightly active even though I work on my feet and walk a lot atounf the restaurant. Then, I track my exercise separate.

    You're probably right in between, but I'd set to lightly because it's better to undershoot

    Sounds like you're lightly active 90% of the time with bouts of exercise. Set to lightly and then log basketball & lifting as bonus calories you get to eat back.

    Your MFP activity level is based on your daily, non-exercise, activity and should be set for that. It's more about what you do for a living, not what you do for exercise.
