    Dude I don't do those BS bro splits, I do upper/lower lol. It's more optimal, you can experiment with my program.

    I don't really stick to one particular program. Although I do sometimes follow Lee Labrada program.

    I used to do Jonnie Candito's 6 week program but now I'm going to be doing a custom 3 day upper/lower program made for me by Alphadestiny. Plus I got Naturally Enhanced which has several programs in there I can run too at some point. Do you consider yourself an intermediate?

    Thats awesome... It becomes an addiction once you start lifting.. I do get bored with some so I switch it around..

    Try to stick to one program for the best results, I recommend a full body or upper/lower program concurrent periodization. And are you an intermediate?
